COVID-19 Status Update

Dear Patients,

As our city, state and country fight to stem the tide of the Covid-19 pandemic we are continuously making decisions designed to keep our team, patients, and the community healthy. We are following all recommendations made by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the American Dental Association, the Federal Government, and the Government of New York.

Governor Cuomo has ordered all but essential businesses to close during this crisis, and although the state does classify dental offices as essential, the American Dental Association has recommended/requested that dentists nationwide postpone elective and routine procedures in order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. With your and our safety in mind, we have decided to postpone all elective procedures and hygiene appointments scheduled for next week and change them to later dates. Patients who are currently scheduled have been notified and will be given preference on appointment availability

However, if you require emergency dental services related to pain, broken teeth, or possible infection and/or swelling, do not hesitate to contact us immediately. Please call (212) 753-3117 or email, emergency calls and emails will be immediately directed to our doctors as we do our best to keep our patients away from the emergency rooms of local hospitals.

If you have a general question, messages left with our service will be returned when we are able to bring our administrative staff back to the office.  In the meanwhile, a member of our staff is monitoring our texting system and can be reached at (929) 323-2474, or by email at  We appreciate your business, as always, and will be here to assist you in any way we can to help you manage your dental needs during this time.

In good health,

Drs. Heilbut, Radin, Cho, Meyers, and Nehleber
